US Infrared, Inc. Warranty Information

Purchasing US Infrared Incorporated product(s) entitles buyer to a limited warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty is a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is non-transferrable. At the sole discretion of US Infrared Inc., the equipment can be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product or parts, if any product or parts are determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Custom Products and Special Orders are not covered under this warranty, but may be returned for repair at buyer's expense. Shipping, handling, taxes, licenses and/or any additional costs incurred in the import and/or export (including warranty returns) of this product are not covered under the warranty are and the sole responsibility of buyer. All returned products are subject to inspection and evaluation to determine returnable condition. Buyer must request an RMA from US Infrared Inc. prior to return of any product. Product is to be returned according to instructions indicated in RMA at buyer's expense. All products deemed to be returnable are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All fees incurred by US Infrared in the return of products will be invoiced to buyer. Shipping, handling, taxes, licenses and/or any additional costs incurred in the import and/or export (including warranty returns) of this product are not covered under the warranty are and the sole responsibility of buyer.
